Board of Directors Meetings in 2011
- The Board holds two (2) face to face meetings each year, one (1) at the Annual Convention and one (1) in January.
- During intervening months, the Board holds monthly teleconference meetings on the second Tuesday.
- The Chairman may call additional meetings as deemed necessary.
- Face to Face Board of Directors Meetings:
Regular Members in good standing are welcome and encouraged to attend face to face Board of Director Meeting. All others are by invitation only.
- Teleconference Board of Directors Meetings:
Teleconference Board Meetings are restricted to Directors and Officers. Committee Members and all others are by invitation only.
