Exhibit Hall Booths & Sponsorships are Limited This Year
To reserve an exhibit booth, you must become a Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum sponsor.
All sponsorship levels are only available until their registration deadline or until booths are sold out, whichever comes first. Deadlines vary by sponsorship level.
Claiming Your Sponsorship Conference Passes
Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum IACOA sponsorships include 1,2, or 3 conference passes at no additional charge. To claim them, simply add them to your cart along with your selected Sponsorship Package—you won’t be charged for them at checkout.
Additional IACOA conference passes can also be purchased at the same time or as needed later.

- SILVER SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
- Friday, March 17, 2023, or when booths are sold out, whichever comes first.
Gold
Price increases $500 on March 3rd- Recognition in program, on signage, and on website
- Two (2) conference attendee passes
- 8’ x 10’ piped and draped booth in standard location
- One (1) promotional item in the registration bag
- ½ page ad (6½” x 4½”) included in the program
- GOLD SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
- Friday, April 28, 2023, or when booths are sold out, whichever comes first.
Platinum
Price increases $500 on March 24th- Recognition in program, on signage, and on website
- Three (3) conference attendee passes
- 10’ x 20’ piped and draped booth with priority location
- Two (2) promotional items in the registration bag
- Full page ad (8½” x 11” – full bleed / 21.6mm x 27.9mm) included in the program
- Platinum Sponsor Session One 30-minute private breakout session scheduled in the Agenda available to the first three (3) Platinum Sponsors registered (not transferable).

Shooting Competition at RifleGear!
Includes BR Glass, BR Vest, Kevlar Shooting Demo
Rifle Gear is the Dallas area's premiere indoor shooting range, located just north of Dallas in The Colony, just five miles from our hotel. It offers luxury ranges all indoors and climate controlled. With a 7,000 square foot retail shop offering firearms, ammo, accessories and apparel, a 50-person classroom, and a Bubbas 33 sport bar right next door where we will enjoy lunch, this Friday will be a pre-Conference day to remember.
We’ll hold a Marksmanship Tournament and award prizes in a number of categories. You can bring your own handgun if you choose, or simply use one of the Club's 9mm handguns. Ammunition, targets, ear and eye protection will be provided as part of your Friday Event registration fee. Included is 50 rounds of ammunition per attendee, (20) rounds for practice, and (30) rounds for the competition. At lunch, we’ll announce the winners and hand out the prizes.
This event is limited to thirty (30) shooters so be sure to register early to reserve your spot.
Sunday Evening, May 7, 2023
Reception, Dinner, and competition in a private lounge at PinStack
We have reserved the private lounge at PinStack, which includes our own eight lane bowling alley and dining area. In addition to the bowling competition, we will add other contests including rock climbing and laser tag. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the evening.
PinStack is located only 6-minutes from our hotel and we will have two motor coaches providing shuttle service back to the hotel every fifteen minutes. For those of us with an early flight on Monday morning, please feel confident you can return to the hotel when needed.
The Sunday night event is included with your registration fee.
Spouse Pass
Spouse Access to Cocktail Receptions, Luncheons, and the Sunday Night Dinner
A spouse who is involved in the member’s company, or may attend any session, or may be present at the member’s exhibit booth, must register as a full paying attendee, not at the spouse rate.
A spouse who is not involved in the member’s company, does not attend any session, and is not present at the member's exhibit booth but is the spouse of a full paying attendee, may register at the reduced spouse rate.
The reduced spouse rate includes attending any or all Cocktail Receptions, Luncheons, and the Sunday night event.
NOTE:
If you want to register someone at the reduced spouse rate and that person qualifies as described above, please contact the Administrator and he manually will enter that registration.
